Founder

Brent founded BRP because he saw a need for elevating retirement planning for federal employees like you. By communicating openly and honestly every step of the way, Brent wants to ensure you feel confident about the decisions you make as you plan for the retirement income you want to achieve. He answers every question, addresses all concerns, and strives to meet all your needs until your financial future is improved to your satisfaction.

Zac Cockroft

Partner

Zac Cockroft has a natural gift for understanding people’s needs, which influences what he does every day as a certified Investment Advisor Representative. He develops relationships with clients in every stage of life, so understanding their needs and how they change is paramount to helping them succeed. Zac does what’s best for his clients, putting their interests above his own. This philosophy differentiates Zac, who is driven to help as many people as possible. He knows there are thousands of federal employees who need assistance and it’s imperative he continues giving them the highest level of service.

Zac is proud when a client calls to thank him for helping them through the retirement process with their federal benefits, stating that without his help, they might still be working. Seeing the excitement on their faces when clients discover they can retire—without the financial stress they anticipated—makes it all worth it to Zac. With his positive attitude, Zac has learned no matter how tough a situation may seem, there is always a way to solve the problem. He strives to bring that positivity to his everyday responsibilities at Benefit Resource Partners. 

Zac is a graduate from University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a bachelor’s in business marketing and is a certified Investment Advisor Representative with a Series 65 certification. He also currently holds life, health, property and casualty insurance licenses.

Outside of the office, you can find Zac enjoying time with his family and everything the great outdoors has to offer.

Evie Schaller

Finance Coordinator

Utilizing a comprehensive system for both wealth accumulation and retirement income planning, Evie focuses on constructing retirement income plans that hone in on the specific goals of each client.

She is honest and dependable, always putting clients’ needs first and always keeping an open mind. Evie thrives when she’s discovering the right strategies for clients that help protect and preserve their wealth. Evie is committed to her work and passionate about getting to know clients and helping address their financial concerns.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Grand Canyon University, Evie has an affinity to never stop learning. Characterizing herself as hardworking and curious, Evie is currently a candidate to earn her life insurance license, Series 65 securities license and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification come next year.

Outside of work, you’ll find Evie spending time with family and friends.

Melissa Olson

Client Services Representative

Melissa has found that communication is key when it comes to maintaining a successful client relationship.

As a client services representative, Melissa is committed to being as helpful as possible and ensures she has the time necessary to speak with clients, no matter the issue. With a drive to constantly improve and learn, Melissa is dependable and honest and passionate about building a foundation with clients they can rely on.

Melissa has a keen sense for marketing and holds her associate degree in business management from Chippewa Valley Technical College.

Outside of work, Melissa likes to spend quality time with family.

Renee Marozi

Finance Coordinator

Helping clients with federal benefits consulting and planning is what Renee is all about. She believes knowledge is power, so keeping clients informed with up-to-date and accurate information is a priority for her as it assists clients throughout their decision-making process.

Renee has a desire to help as many people as possible, demonstrated by her 25+ years of doing just that. She’s integrous, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly, committed first—and always—to doing what’s best for the client. Over the years, she has learned it’s imperative to listen in order to understand, a philosophy she brings to work with her every day.

To best serve her clients, she is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds her life and insurance licenses.

In her free time, you can find Renee boating, watching her kids play sports, cooking or reading.

Adam Galler

Client Services Representative

If you’re looking for a driven, motivated individual to assess your specific needs and help guide you to your goals, Adam’s your person.

As a graduate in management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Adam’s expertise lies in overall finance and the stock market. He feels successful when he sees his recommendations and innovative ideas have an impact on his clients’ retirements.

Adam embraces taking on complex planning problems and enjoys finding precise strategies that fit a client’s unique financial situation. Successfully working through those concepts and implementing a plan that works—and improves client confidence—is what it’s all about.

Outgoing and a complete extrovert, Adam is energized by the people around him, so talking with clients gives him that high-energy buzz that encourages him to keep pushing forward.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys fishing, hunting, hockey and football.

Peggy Herrmann

Operations Manager

As a firm, Benefit Wealth Partners relies on Peggy for her positivity, dependability and honesty to make the client experience the best it can possibly be. She takes her role supporting her peers seriously, as it has a direct effect on clients.

Working on the office management and human resources sides of the business, Peggy is committed to always putting client needs first and finding the best strategies that work for agents, staff as well as the firm’s clients.

She earned her associate degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has a drive to be the best version of herself by continuously pushing herself to learn and adapt to new things, which is especially helpful in the ever-changing work environment. Peggy possesses a strong work ethic, one that does not go unnoticed by clients or her coworkers.

When she’s not in the office, Peggy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to warm destinations, going out for dinner, watching movies, shopping and reading.
